TRAINING OF FARMERS IN THE USE OF SOYA BEANS

On the 5/02/2021 25 farmers comprising of 19 female and 6 male were trained on the preparation of soya milk, Roselle juice (with natural spices) and Cocoa drink to enable the farmers to earn extra income, especially during the lean season where agricultural activities are on the minimal. 

  • Soya utilization: Farmers and processors were trained on the use of soya bean in preparing soya milk, soya powder and soya powder in stew and soup preparation
  • Preparation of Sobolo drink with natural spices (with natural spices)
  • Preparation of Cocoa drink
